We had such a BLAST at this wedding!! Mackenzie and I were so excited to have had the amazing privilege of photographing the wedding of Christina and Taylor in the BAHAMAS!! We flew down on a Friday for their evening welcome party where guests were greeted by a group of traditional Bahamian dancers and let me tell you something… it was loud!:) Guests stayed at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island as well as the One and Only Resort which are both absolutely gorgeous with unbelievable views. The decor and design were absolutely stunning at all of the events throughout the 3 days we were there, and we have to give a big shout out to Natalie of Wildflowers along with her crew for all of their talent and hard work! The talented Mrs. Lisa Lutz also flew down to work her magic by providing hair and air-brush make-up services for the ladies!
It was such an awesome experience to see the joining of these two in the presence of close friends and family who flew from around the world to witness their special occasion. It was certainly an unforgettable experience for us and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have had such an opportunity!
On a side note, Mackenzie and I were able to enjoy the beautiful (and very hot) weather in the down time by visiting the Atlantis water park and all of its activities which included a giant tube slide which zips you directly beneath live sharks—yikes!
Christina & Taylor, we wish you many, many years of love and happiness in your new life together!
Now it’s on to the images so keep scrolling and take a journey with me to the Bahamas!!!
Well we’re back from our vacation in the Dominican Republic… no more Banana Mama frozen drinks or pristine white beaches for us! It’s good to be back though and we got right back into the swing of things with Randi & Zach’s e-session at Union Station in D.C. They’re such a nice couple and actually drove down from NY just to meet us for the session!
We’re looking forward to their wedding at the end of October along with Randi’s sister, Erin, who gets married next year!
This session was just plain awesome! Dillon and his parents drove over 2 hours to his session with us and we are so glad they did! Dillon is a great kid and very down to earth. He has several neat hobbies including photography, long boarding, and driving his new mustang:) We have a lot in common and photographing him was so much fun! I heard that if you look up the Webster’s meaning of “cool,” you’ll actually see these pictures posted beneath the definition.
Vickie, Todd, and Dillon, we can’t wait to show you guys the rest soon!
We had the privilege of photographing this couple’s wedding recently at Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg, VA. This was very special to us because Mackenzie and I went to college with both Reese and Ian. It was a privilege for us; not only as guests, but also as the photographers at their wedding to witness such a special occasion! Both sets of parents are very close to the couple and being able to see their relationship was very special in itself. In addition, several of their guests traveled from great distances to attend their event which is always a sign that the couple is truly special and dearly loved.
It was a beautiful event and words simply can’t do justice in describing their event–but the images certainly can!
Reese and Ian–we wish you many years of love, happiness, and joy. May God bless you in your journey together!
Jessica came out for her high school senior session with us and had a blast! She has such a beautiful smile; it’s hard not to smile each time you look at these pictures!
Ann & Jessica, we look forward to showing you the rest of her fabulous images soon!

These two make such a cute couple! We met up at Great Falls State Park for their e-session. Cristin is one of the nicest people you’ll meet! She has also worked with us in the past on various events as an event planner/coordinator with Wish Special Events.
We are super excited for her and John as they’re getting married at Glen Echo Park in August. It’s definitely going to be a very unique and stylish event–stay tuned for the images!

We had a wonderful time getting to know this couple and it was an honor to be a part of their wedding day. Christine came to us as a referral from one of her best friends, Meg, whom the Regeti’s photographed in 2009. I feel both humbled and grateful knowing that Carlos is in the military and that he continues to serve our country in preserving the freedoms we enjoy each and every day. Christine is truly a sweetheart and she always has this special glow about her! Carlos is a lucky man!
It’s always really neat to see the blending of two families, especially those of different cultures as is the case with these two.
We wish you both love that never ceases and many years of happiness together!
These kids were too cute! A big thanks to John and the rest of the family for coming out to see us–can’t wait to show you the rest!
